My healthy tip of the day is to CREATE YOUR OWN SACRED SPACE! Even if it just for a few minutes, take time every day to sit and be still. Stillness means NO PHONE, NO DISTRACTIONS, AND NO NOISE! This is a perfect time to clear out any negative energy and reset at any time.
Some people may take this time to do things such as meditate, pray, or even just unplug from all of the stimulation in our busy technology-driven world. Don't underestimate the importance of being present and still. I hope this helps you level out your day!
